In 1997, Prof. Dr. Çağatay Öztürk graduated from Hacettepe University Faculty of Medicine and completed his compulsory service in Zonguldak Türkali Village Health Centre between 1997 and 1999.

Since 2015, Prof. Dr. Çağatay Öztürk, who has been the head of the Department of Orthopaedics and Traumatology at Ulus Liv Hospital and Istinye University Faculty of Medicine, has more than 100 international publications and book studies, mostly in the field of spine surgery.
